SHE has been dubbed the Revlon Thief, who has a penchant for high-quality cosmetics.

She is cleaning up at Central Coast pharmacies.

The Revlon Thief has so far walked out of Bateau Bay chemists with nearly $2000 worth of make-up under her jumper.

Just as her nickname would suggest, the shoplifter is focused on the international giant Revlon, which employs beautiful and famous women to promote its product.

Revlon recently recruited Central Coast star Natalie Imbruglia.

In the past month, the Revlon Thief has hit several chemists in Bateau Bay, the latest on October 25.

About $600 worth of Revlon make-up was taken from The Entrance Rd pharmacy about 2pm.

Sen Constable Dennis Raw, of Tuggerah Lakes local area command, said: `Seven Revlon Age-Defying foundations, four Revlon Colour Stay foundations, two Revlon Colour Stay face powders and eight Revlon New Complexion foundations were stolen from the chemist shop.

`This incident is similar to a number of other thefts on chemist shops in the area.'

Last month, the thief walked away with $1200 worth of Revlon cosmetics.

Yesterday, The Entrance police released security footage of a woman they believe could `assist with their inquiries'.

The woman appears in the security footage about the same time as one of the incidents.

She is described as being of European appearance, 35-45 years old, about 170cm tall, of medium build, with collar length straight brown hair.

Police have appealed for this woman or anyone with information to call The Entrance police on 4332-6222 or CrimeStoppers on 1800 333 000.
